When we told him our price limit, he respected it without question and never once did he suggest that we pay a penny more than we had originally told him we can afford. This would be a good time to mention how thorough and methodical Leo is when it comes to writing out a deal. He certainly knows how to word documents in such a way that fully protect the client’s and realtor’s interests. Even our lawyer was impressed. Finally the deal was hammered out and conditions were met. Then came the really fun part!! The seller decided to remove some of the chattels that were in the deal. Leo was absolutely phenomenal in communicating our wishes and distain to the selling agent. He expertly liaised between our lawyer, the selling agent and us as buyers. I truly believe that Leo helped us avoid a legal battle with the seller as things were quickly heading in that direction.
In the end we were able to get our dream home thanks to Leo’s tact and professionalism. This is an agent who knows his business and knows people. His honesty and integrity help guide you through one of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime. You often hear about people forgoing the services of a realtor to save money, but in our case, Leo saved us from what could have been a lengthy court battle when buying our new home and got us what we wanted when selling our home.
